Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Peter Trends Bridal reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.
The delivery times provided by this Website are estimates only however, all orders require a minimum of 4 weeks to manufacture and deliver. Peter Trends Bridal will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
International Customs Charges
Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Peter Trends Bridal do not have control over these charges and are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances.
For further information, please contact your local customs office. All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and Peter Trends Bridal will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Peter Trends Bridal will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
Prices are subject to change without notice. There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing between you and Peter Trends Bridal, the price payable by you for each Product is as specified on the Website at the time of the Order The Purchase Price excludes delivery costs, alteration costs and Sales Taxes unless otherwise stated.
Any price indications or price lists provided to you or available on the Website from time to time are subject to alteration, replacement or repeal by Peter Trends Bridal in its discretion.
If you are ordering from outside Australia, import duties, taxes and custom charges may be applicable in your home country and are payable by you in addition to the Purchase Price.
Refunds and Repairs
The products offered for sale on this Website are made to a customer’s specific order. No refunds are offered. In cases of a manufacturing fault, items can be returned for replacement/repair. In the case of a manufacturing fault we must be contacted within 7 days of your receipt of the item, with the item returned within 14 days (overseas buyers 21 days).

Delivery cost and time (we deliver worldwide);
Australia wide; $15 -$30 with tracking and express delivery. We can deliver to PO Boxes within Australia. We use Australia Post Express Bags. For queries or special requests please email us . firstname.lastname@example.org
International; from $45 with tracking. We use Australia Post Pack and Track International for deliveries outside Australia. You will be provided with a tracking number. The delivery is estimated to take up to 10 days.
If you would prefer an express courier option, such as DHL, please get in touch and we can give you more details and prices.
This can take between 3-7 business days depending on location, and signature will be required upon delivery.
Orders shipped internationally will incur duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country.
It is illegal to not declare the contents of your parcel. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. Peter Trends Bridal, including our directors, partners, shareholders, employees and other third parties associated with running this Website is not liable to the maximum extent permitted by law to you or anyone else for any loss of income, profit, contracts, goodwill or financial loss or damage without limitation suffered as a result of negligence or otherwise arising in connection with use of this Website or the products sold on it.

You may use the content of this site only for the purpose of shopping on this site or placing an order on this site and for no other purpose.
